You're probably looking for the blog, but as long I have your attention, let me tell you a little about this place.
I became first a vegetarian and then a vegan a few years ago because I couldn't see why someone needed to die just so I could eat. And then I found out I was a diabetic so I needed to watch how much carbohydrate I was eating.
I started to look around to see what information I could find on eating a low carb diet as a vegan but there wasn't a whole lot out there. Oh sure, there was the Atkins diet, just cram all the meat you wanted on a plate; but that wasn't going to work for me.
So I set about figuring out what I could and couldn't do and decided to share some of my journey with other folks in similar situations. And that brings us to this site. Take a look around, ask questions if you like, and feel free to share your experiences.
